Research Paper Information
1. Paper due dates:
- Topic: Friday, February 25.
- Note cards: Friday, March 1 (20) and Tuesday, March 5 (20). Cards are due on NoodleTools.
- Outline: Monday, May 11 (Changed from Friday, March 8). Can be a hard copy or shared electronically.
- Final draft: Friday, March 15 at 4:00 pm on Turnitin.com Paper is due even if you are absent or are leaving early for break. Late papers will be lose one letter grade. For guidance on this policy please refer to Bear Facts, p. 18.
"Major projects, themes, book reports, etc., for which due dates have been established well in advance, will receive credit if handed in late only at the discretion of the teacher."

3. Style Requirements:
- Font: 12 pt., Times New Roman
- Margins: 1 inch all sides
- No first person (I) or second person (you, your, yours) perspectives
- Bibliography must be annotated - six (6) sources needed.
4. Reminders:
- A word is never pluralized by adding "'s."
- It's = it is only. It's not a possessive form of it.
- There = place, their is possessive, they're = they are
5. You must turn in a paper copy with rubric attached. Paper copy must be the same as the copy on turnitin.com
